Order Placement and Payment:
Customers can place orders for Trainmenu's catering services online, through the Trainmenu website or mobile app. Customers must provide accurate and complete information about their train journey, including the train number, station of departure, and destination. Customers can pay for their orders using a credit card, debit card, or net banking. Trainmenu reserves the right to cancel orders or refuse service to any customer who provides false or fraudulent information or payment.Order Fulfillment and Refunds:
Trainmenu will make every effort to fulfill orders placed by customers. However, Trainmenu does not guarantee the availability of all menu items or the timely delivery of orders due to factors beyond its control, such as train delays, technical issues, or force majeure events. In the event that Trainmenu is unable to fulfill an order, Trainmenu will provide a refund to the customer's payment method.Cancellation and Modification of Orders:
Customers can cancel or modify their orders up to 1 hour before the scheduled train departure time. Customers can do this by contacting Trainmenu customer service at support [email protected]. Trainmenu reserves the right to cancel or modify orders in the event of train delays, technical issues, or force major events.Intellectual Property:
Trainmenu owns all rights, title, and interest in its website, mobile app, and Services, including all intellectual property rights, such as copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets. Customers may not use Trainmenu's intellectual property without Trainmenu's express written consent.Limitation of Liability:
Trainmenu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Services, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, loss of data, or interruption of business. Trainmenu's total liability to any customer shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for Trainmenu's Services.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in Patna, Bihar.Changes to Terms:
Trainmenu reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, in its sole discretion. Trainmenu will notify customers of any material changes to these Terms by email or by posting the revised Terms on the Trainmenu website.
